Fried Quail in Buffalo Wing Sauce
Ingredients:
- Fresh Quail
- Butter
- Flour
- Chopped Garlic
- Jeff's Cooking Chrystals
- Favorite Hot Sauce
Turn on the fryer.
Dredge the Quail breast in Jeff's Cooking Chrystals and the flour.
Put a little bit of butter in a sauté pan. Add fresh garlic and let it sauté a bit.
Take the quail and put them in the deep fryer using a little bit of peanut oil.
Add your favorite hot sauce to the garlic and butter and mix around.
Take the Quails and add Jeff's Cooking Chrystals. Then take the hot sauce mixture and let them soak it in.
Then serve and enjoy! |
