Venison Round Steak
Ingredients:
- Lemon Juice
- Jeff's Cooking Chrystals
- 1/8 cup of Jameson Irish Whiskey
- Hot sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh garlic
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- Kosher Salt
Take a fork and gently pierce the steak.
Rule of thumb: Marinate for about an hour for every inch of meat.
Be sure to put the lemon juice in first. Add the Worcestershire, splash a little whiskey over the steak and add the hot sauce.
Add Jeff's Cooking Chrystals, fresh ground pepper, and a pinch of kosher salt.
Add a splash of olive oil and let it sit for about an hour before grilling it
(Make sure to put it on a high heat!)
Add some of Jeff's Cooking Chrystals at the end.
Remember when taking meat off the grill to let it sit for about 5-10 minutes.
Add some butter to the steaks and then let it melt.
